eBay seller refund to buyer

I am a seller on eBay, and a buyer bought and paid for an item. He then asked for a cancellation and refund. I granted his request and I refunded him. I have done everything that I can think of, eBay says that the order cancellation is pending, but I have already prompted the refund from my PayPal. Please help.
