Hi! I’m trying to refund a buyer on eBay but it won’t go through and keeps telling me to come back to PayPal to find out why but there doesn’t seem to be anything abnormal with my account? I called PayPal and they told me to send an authorising email and they would process this but then I got an email back to say I need to call! Please help!
