Three items that I've sold out of dozens in the past four months have been "locked up" in technical hell between eBay and Paypal. Ebay shows these items as AWAITING PAYMENT, however, upon contacting eBay, they say the ID numbers connected to these Paypal transactions are been refunded. They have not according to the buyers, each of whom I've contacted and they report Paypal funds have been taken out of their account. When I go to my Paypal account, there are no references to these ID numbers in my activity. Trying to get someone on the chat line to help fix doesn't seem to work; the screen just shows blanks for five minutes or more with no one on the line.
