eBay payment received, but balance is zero.

I received a payment for a sale on eBay, but it was not reflected in my PayPal balance.  The payment shows up in my account activity, but not in my balance.  I have received payments from the same day before this transaction and I have received payments after this transaction, without issue.  I printed a label, but I'm hesitant to ship the item without confirmation that the money will show up in my balance.  I have not made any purchases that would have come out of my balance.

Were you able to fix the problem, because my balance is still zero.

I have the same issue with 3 sales. The transations show "payment received" but nothing on my balance and the first sale was on July 20th. Have you managed to resolve the issue?
