Hi... I bought something on German eBay and payed with PayPal.. seller claims he got the email from PayPal saying he should wait with dispatch until they say it's ok? Never happened to me before.. Thx for the help.
Did you pay by eCheck? If not, it could be PayPal reviewing your payment. This could happen on rare occasions randomly to check source of your funds, a formality. The wait will probably be up to 72 hours. Ask the seller to confirm if the payment is being reviewed by PayPal.
