I've had some issues paying for an item on eBay. Whenever I try to pay for the item through eBay, my card gets charged the appropiate amount, but then I instantly get refunded. The transaction shows up in my PayPal payment history as denied. I have tried to "unlock" my card with PayPal so that there's no limit to what I can withdraw. Any help?
