I had a busted iPhone listed on ebay and a buyer with 200+ feedback made a $50 bid which I accepted. They almost immediately messaged me and said this:
"the option of paypal is not available, and when I try to make the payment with the card he rejects it. please check your paypal."
I don't see anything going on with my paypal that would make them unable to pay me; paypal was listed as an option in the eBay listing. I feel like I'm being set up for some kind of scam.
