eBay and PayPal approved payment for fees

Hi have opened a account with eBay in the USA I put PayPal in the approved payment section it shows in the PayPal agreements but when you go to open a store it says no payment method eBay techs hopeless anyone else had the same issue

Please make sure your eBay and PayPal accounts are linked to correctly. 

If your PayPal account and your eBay account use the same email address, you can link the accounts.

Here’s how to link your PayPal and eBay accounts:

1. Go to www.ebay.co.uk and log in to your eBay account.
2. Click My eBay at the top of the page.
3. Under 'My eBay: Summary', click the Account tab.
4. In the box on the left side of the page, click PayPal account.
5. Click Link My PayPal Account to go to the PayPal website.
6. On the PayPal website, enter your PayPal account password and click Link My Account.
7. Click Return to eBay.
