e bay has removed me from using Pay Pal for receiving money from sales.  I don't want to do this, I'm happy with the way it was.  If e bay has the money then I can't use PayPal to make purchases with those funds etc. . Can I fix this ?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
