i just purchased save wizard and i dindt create an account i just put on the credit card and my email it it tells me to activate paypal now and then i did that and when i checked activity to make a refund it dosent appear says no payments yet
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
