don't know what to do

A friend sent me money, but she sent it to the wrong email address. She sent the money to my business email, however, I do not have a Paypal account set up with that email. I received an email from Paypal saying I had money. When I pressed the "get the details" button it said We are not able to find this transaction id. Can you please check and try again later. 

 

I checked my account and there is no money there. She says on her end it is saying that the money was claimed and she needs to request a refund from me to get the money back. I did not claim the money.

 

Any advice on how to move forward from here. She needs to get her money back and send it to me at the correct email address. I'm confused as to where her money went...if I don't have an account with the email she used, then where is her money? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

You can have up to 8 email addresses on the 1 paypal account.

Add and verify that business email address and the funds should show up.
