does paypal have option to scan (take picture) of credit cards for processing

we are looking for for an option that allows us to take a picture of someones credit card for quick processing. does paypal have this available?

No. There's PayPal Here, via Chip and/or Swipe card reader or with Virtual Terminal, manually entering customer and card info into PayPal-hosted online payment form.
