didnt recieve money

I tried to withdraw money to my bank on 5th of May but the money got rejected by the bank(this was confirmed by the bank after I had a phone call conversation with the bank) so far the money still doesn’t appear in both my bank and my PayPal balance. PayPal said that they will start the fund tracing and will get back to me after 10 days. Yet, it has been more than 10 days since the investigation started and PayPal doesn’t seem to have any response to it. I’ve tried emailing them but no reply from them at all. Anyone knows if I can get my money back?
