didn't receive the payment

I received a payment about a week ago from someone and I can see in my history that they added the money and when i searched for this problem I found out that if they sent it to another email and i might not receive it. So right now i just want to know how to fix this...will they need to send me the money again can I withdraw it back to them so they can send it to me on the correct email address or what exactly.

I am sorry about your issue. If the buyer sent the money to another email address, the buyer should contact the other part to request the money back or the buyer may send you the money again.

 

If that is not the case, please try contacting customer service by phone by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then Call us, or reach out by PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.
