i have ordered bag from luoise vuitton and i did order the bag and my paypal took moneys from my bank accont and then i wondered why luoise vuitton did not send me the order placement on my gmail so i calld them and they said that my order did not even registered and they said to wait 24 hours to my moneys that paypal send me the money back but now its 5 days since the order and my moneys arent got back to me and i cant even cancel my order to get back my money and i want somekind of answer and i tryied to call to paypal but due to corono virus there is no answer to the phone so can someone help me here?
