I have my preferred payment set to pay with my credit card, but occasionally, I toggle it over to pay from my paypal balance, depending on what I am purchasing. Recently, it does not matter if, at the time of purchase, I toggle over to use my paypal balance. It still does the transaction from my credit card. I tried to deal with the chat lady at pp, but could not get it through her head that I KNOW how to toggle over to use pp balance at time of purchase. Anyone else faced with this?
