I've got one Paypal account and 2 ebay accounts. Somebody bought something on the 6th of June with email account 1 (don't ask). BUT I don't have a paypal account associated with this address. I've been sending money back and then getting the buyer to resend to another email account2 which is a pain for the buyer. That then means delays on despatch and aggravation for both of us. Can't set another account up because they're supposed to be linked already. Any ideas on how to resolve this?
I'm using Apple, not idea whether that's relevant to my question or not.
