After trying to make a small payment then logging into Paypal, I get the following message:
We're sorry. We couldn't complete your payment or set up pre-approved payments. Please try again later.
Please return to the seller's website and choose another way to pay.
I don't have a credit card, my VERIFIED bank account is linked/ listed with Paypal
