contribution to PayPal money pool wasn't transferred correctly

Hi community,

hope somebody has an advice for me:

I contributed 73,50 EUR to a PayPal money pool, my balance was charged correctly.

But somehow only 20,54 EUR made it into the money pool. 52,96 EUR mysteriously disappeared.

When I try to create a ticket in the resolution center, the only type of issue offered is "unauthorized activity" which was not the type of problem.

The problem was an incomplete payment.

What to do now?
