i was trying to contact paypal to ask an important question. There is a message app but that's a machine app, there's a phone number but i don't have hours in hang on the line, what i was looking for was an email.
i sent a one off payment via paypal to godaddy to register a one off domain.
they refunded it via paypal after i refused to send a photo front and back of my credit card.
then they suddenly had had a change of heart for some reason and took the original amount from my paypal.
i want to know why they are able to have the right to access my account to take back what they refunded.
i want total control who can access my credit card via paypal. THATS WHY I USE PAYPAL.
if any business i send money to via paypal can access my account whenever they feel like it i might as well just give them credit card payment.
