company in "inactive" status but money was automatically charged

Hi,

Last year I put the company in "inactive" status for automatic payment, as I was not satisfied with the services provided and I had problem with this company. And yesterday the money was automatically debited from the my account to the company's account. Why? How can I take my money back?
