Hello,

 

I have received an email from paypal, telling me, that they have added money to my credit balance.

that was on 5th of Feb 21. Until now, this money doesnt appear not in paypal, not in my banc, not on my credit card.

I also would like to know, who has sent that amount. In paypal help there is nothing what I could use, to ask for solving my problem and my messages getting ansered by automatic generated answers which do not help. I decided to phone paypal and was connected with an automatic operator who at the end could not identify me, because they couldnt confirm my phone number, which I have since 20 years and which exists correctly in my profil. What the hell can I do? I am trying anything since 3 weeks, but there is no satisfying contact to solve problems. I would like to talk to an operator. Is that posible?
