I want clients to change the PayPal account to pay recurrent payments but they find difficult to do it, my question is: if I cancel that Paypal account, Paypal will still taking out money monthly from them?
Thanks for reaching out! Welcome to the PayPal Community! If you'd like to change the account for a recurrent payment profile, you would need to cancel each of your customer's recurrent payment profiles on the first account, then you can have them set it up for your new account.
