hey maybe someone could help ive contacted customer support and they have been less than helpful my issue is i tried to make purchases but they would error out so i closed off the msg and didnt think anything of it until i checked my bank account cause i needed to buy food come to find out the charges did go through and because of that im almost 3k in over draft from my bank and they expect me to pay the negative balance even though its their fault nobody from the cs team has been helpful and im at the point im currently contacting lawyers to see what they suggest i do i dont really want to get a lawyer involved but its looking like i may have to but if there is a way i can get them to cover cost with out a lawyer let me know
