I have charges showing up on my credit card that I did not purchase. They do not show up on the paypal transaction list though. These are companies or places that I do not do business with. I also never use the credit card when paying with paypal and I dont sell anything. I have removed the credit card and changed my password. Is there anything else I should do?

If you bought something online with a debit or credit card and did NOT log into your paypal account then of course it won't show on your paypal account as you bought as a 'guest buyer'.
However your seller may have processed that payment using their Paypal 'card reader' and so Paypal would show on your bank or card statement.
If that is not the case then contact customer services AND your card issuer to query the transactions.
If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......
1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

The same thing just happened to me while I was sitting at home!
The following non-authorised transactions were put through my credit card via Paypal this evening:
2018-08-07 PAYPAL VODSGFNFVT8D Authorisation Reversal R 13.84
2018-08-07 PAYPAL *LOULOUSTABL VODS1V4RVT8D Authorisation (R 13,991.22)
2018-08-07 PAYPAL *LOULOUSTABL VODS9TLGVT8D Authorisation (R 53.76)
2018-08-07 PAYPAL VODSQNLFVT8D Authorisation (R 13.84)
2018-08-07 PAYPAL *LOULOUSTABL VODSJ71GVT8D Authorisation (R 2,854.87)
2018-08-07 PAYPAL *LOULOUSTABL VODSMVFLVT8D Authorisation (R 2,854.87)
I have managed to cancel my credit card, but these transactions also do not appear on my Paypal account.
On top of this, Paypal makes it incredibly difficult to file a complaint if there is no transaction id.
What else can one do?
