cant use my paypal account

when ever i send or request to someone it show there is some issue in your account 

plz help me out from this issue

For sending or receiving money,please make sure the account is fully validated. If possible, please add and confirm a checking account to fully valodate yiur account.

We thank you for contacting PayPal regarding your issue.  In addition to the  assistance that's provided your Paypal account is identified by the email address that you log in with. You can’t send or receive money until you confirm this email address. Just as soon as you confirm your email address, then you can send and receive money. 

 

Here’s how to confirm your email address:
Click the Settings icon next to "Log out."
Click on the email address you want to confirm under "Email."
Click Confirm this email address and we’ll send you an email with a confirmation link.
Click the link in the email to complete the confirmation process.
