Hello i trinna pay some service which is important to me through the paypal but it doesnt work i contacted the company which is hostgator brasil and they told me that the problem is with paypal, so thats why im contacting to see what is happening with my paypal is it frozen?, i gonna leave down bellow the picture where shows the error or issue its in portuguese i hope there is someone who understans, thanks
