paypal payment window will not load on any device. loading screen stays for hours. ive tried logging out etc. i can load the invoice details but when i click the "pay $XX" button, it opens a window that stays on "loading" forever
I have this problem also on my Google Chrome on my laptop. It has worked for years, but now the Make a Payment window will not load. I only get the little time circle going 'round and 'round. And yes, I've cleared my cache numerous times. I don't know what else I can do to correct or clear this issue.
