my account / receipt of funds is locked up because the paypal website is telling me I need to add proof of fulfillment, such as a tracking number, and every time I try to enter tracking number (and/or upload proof of shipment) the paypal website locks up. The online chat person was of no help - he told me he placed the matter in review and it can take up to 10 days to resolve. Meanwhile, I've already shipped the goods and am at risk of not getting payment. This is my first experience with paypal and needless to say I find this unacceptable and disappointing. Where else can I obtain help?
