cancel of payment

i am trying to cancel an uclaimed transaction for an item that never received but there is no cancel option next to my transaction in my activities.

Please advise

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!

If your payment is unclaimed, it can only be for one of the two reasons below:

1. The payment was sent to an email address or phone number that isn't confirmed on a PayPal account. It's possible that you made a typographical error when sending the payment, or the intended recipient is yet to add and/or confirm the email address or phone number on their PayPal account.
2. The recipient is yet to accept the payment. A recipient is required to accept or refuse a payment if it's in a different currency to the balances they currently have in their PayPal account.

If your payment remains unclaimed it will automatically be cancelled and returned to you after 30 days.
