cancel an order? full refund?

hi i placed an order with matalan for 3 items - paid by paypal...shortly afterwards i get a message that my paypal account has been partially refunded..then i get another message saying 1 item has been dispatched..this item was a "minor" item shall we say value £2.50...but they have still charged the delivery costs...i wouldnt have bought the minor item had i known the other items not available? ive tried phoning/emailing their customer services..not accepting calls and the email address supplied is not correct - can i cancel the payment to them?? or do i have to accept it now?? any help much appreciated i would never have placed an online order just for a can opener!!!

Paypal covers you for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described.

Anything else is between you and the merchant.
