can't receive payment from TesterWork website

I have money on my account on testerwork.com and I link this account with my paypal account and my paypal account is linked with credit card.

3 months ago testerwork face the same error when trying to send me the money to my paypal account.

error:  "Your recipient is not able to receive funds at this time. Your recipient must first set up his or her account to receive funds."

Is anyone get the same problem? Kindly need help
