can't pay for bulk shipping!

Today Multi-order shipping won't allow me to pay for the shipping labels I've entered. I get the message: "Something went wrong. Please Try Again." 

over and over again. I've tried a different browser. I've tried paying with different accounts. Won't work. Need to ship these this morning!

 

Anyone else having this issue? Help!

I had this same issue last week along with not being able to use my paypal debit card. I received a message from support the following day after contacting them through their chat option and was told they were having system-wide issues and that it would be resolved shortly. I was resolved and I was able to once again pay for and print shipping label/use my card. But now it seems to be happening again.. this is day 2 and I now have 6 sales from eBay that are backed up because I cant print my labels. At this point I am going to have to just bite the bullet and go to post office or pay for labels on USPS.com. It is just SO CONVENIENT being able to do bulk shipping through paypal and I am not looking forward to taking probably now 30-45 minutes to do what I could have done here in maybe 2min. I have sent them numerous messages this time and so far all I got back was them telling me to try and clear my cookies and browsing data and not to use chrome... None of that worked. I am getting the same error message you are as well.

Hi Zoner, I'm not sure, but I think my problem might have been because I hadn't sent Paypal the identity verifying documents that they had been pestering me about, and there was a freeze or hold or something on my account. I had to contact them -- several times -- to get it resolved. (If you contact them, make sure you request a technical specialist, because the first level of people who respond can do nothing except send you generic instructions for doing things, which is maddening because those steps were exactly what you did and they obviously didn't read your message about that at all....)

 

Also, until the problem was fixed, I was still able to manually buy shipping one label at a time by using this older link (which is not accessible from the Home page or App center, as far as I can tell): https://www.paypal.com/shiplabel/create/

 

I hope you are able to get it fixed soon!
