can't find record of a payment made for tickets to venue

Made a payment for a local event, shows up on my bank statement, but not on transactions history.

Can someone advise please.....Del

Hello @Delw54,

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! It's possible you may have paid directly with your credit / debit card as a guest through PayPal. If that's the case, you won't see that transaction reflect on your PayPal account history. If you need receipt / record of the transaction, I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support and they are usually able to resend a receipt of that payment to you.
