can't cancel payment on paypal credit.

Hi 

The seller cancelled my purchase and refunded me to my Paypal credit account which I used to purchase the item.

the transaction is cancelled but the amount of the money still remain in my Paypal credit account and states that I need to pay back!

I clicked on that "payment detail" tried to cancel this payment but seems like the link is dead ,there is no where to cancel or anything

it looks like this payment is no longer active BUT why this transaction still there on my account and ask me to pay back ! 

I contacted Paypal Help service and got a couple of useless answers so I just emailed them again 

if anyone had the same experience please let me know what to do
