Hello,
I used to use a VPN service called Private internet access. I stopped using it a year ago and of course forgot to cancel the auto renewal. They charged me yesterday for a full year. I contacted them immediately explaining i no longer use the service and would like a refund. They said they do not refund auto renewals. I'm looking into options to try and get my money back and was wondering if paypal could reverse the charges? I'm about to log a complaint to the better business bureau, these type of policies are garbage.

Locate the payment transaction in your PayPal account activity, click it, click "Report a problem" to lodge a dispute/complaint.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
