can i take not accepted money back

so basically i sent some money to someone and it says pending as they haven't accepted the money and iw as wondering how to get it back since i was charged

If there is a cancel option then yes.

If there isn't and it remains unclaimed then the pending status will 'time out' 30 days post payment.
