how do I check up on an order? it's payed for and acknowledged on here....but can't trace it?

Hey gemzzzzz,

Are you asking how to check if your item has shipped, it's shipping status, etc.? If so, this would be information provided by your merchant. If they've given a tracking number, you'll see it in the transaction details on your Summary page. In the event that they haven't provided a tracking number to us, you'll need to reach out to them directly to check the status.
