To receive a payment into your PayPal account you will need to first provide the person sending you the money with the email address that is registered to your PayPal account. Once the sender has these they will be able to send you a payment. Make sure that your email address is confirmed on your PayPal account as it needs to be confirmed before you can receive payments.
