My account was hacked and they transferred money out of my checking into my Paypal account. This withdraw will overdraft my other bills how can I stop it from taking place? Paypal says still pending but wont let me stop it.
I too would like to know this. I can't even contact anyone at paypal. I called all the numbers known to man linked to paypal and nothing. Every time I think I am getting through over the phone, I get an automated message saying "your dispute can not be resolved over the phone". This is one of the most frustrating experiences. Can anyone from paypal help?!
