I borrowed a friend of mine money and told her to pay it back to me via PayPal and she did, but unfortunately used the option for services and goods, which of course means that I did not get the full amount.
Is it possible to fix this? For example by giving her a full refund, without me crediting the fee, and then have her do it the right way?
There should be a way I guess since I'm probably not the first one running into such issues. Any help appreciated.
