I have tried for days to pay someone $5 and it will not allow my payment to go through... never had this problem before and I have CHECKED EVERYTHING 10 times on my side.

May we ask what's the error message you're getting when you're trying to send the money?
You can start sending and accepting money once your email address is confirm ( both sender and receiver )
Here’s how to confirm your email address:
- Click the Settings icon next to "Log out."
- Click on the email address you want to confirm under "Email."
- Click Confirm this email address and we’ll send you an email with a confirmation link.
- Click the link in the email to complete the confirmation process.
