I am in the United states, My account is not limited. my bank and card issuers have zero issues with paypal on there end. I have made payments before. it's been a month battle of me trying to link my debit card because paypal won't let me use my bank. my information is correct, I am on a secure account and device.
why won't it let me pay my invoices or link anything!
I have had to resort to buying gift cards from the general store in order to pay for my shipments of goods through paypal do to this. which is not only a hassle, but the activation fees are cutting into my budget line.
anyone know of an answer?
