Hi, I have a payment in the "completed" section, but under details, it states "Your recipient should have the money by May 24, 2019."
Does this mean that the recipient has gotten the payment earlier than expected, hence the "completed" status? Or does this mean that the transaction will not be completed until a later time? Basically, did they get the money already?
Thanks for your help!

Hi @klemas11,
Thank you for your post! Was the transaction funded by an eCheck? If the payment method was a bank and there is no credit card in your wallet or the card was not approved to back up the transaction for any reason, the payment would be sent by eCheck and the recipient would not have the funds right away. The completed status indicates that there are no further steps you need to complete in order to send the payment. Only the movement of the funds remains.
I hope this helps!
Olivia
