When I was sending money to someone awhile back, I noticed that there was a delay in him receiving his money. It said “Your recipient should have the money by October 6, 2019”. As you can see now, It’s October 11th and the message is still present. The recipient still hasn’t received his money, and there’s no way to cancel it. The money has been withdrawn from my checking account so neither of us have access to it.
