we're happy to know that you have received your order and it meets your high expectations. Does Paypal send such an email after buyer confirmed receipt of item. My buyer sent me a screenshot with that message from his email after he maunally confirmed. Still after 8 hours the payment is still on hold?

If you have marked the transaction as processed then the buyer may have had the option on their account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If the buyer confirmed this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, then your funds may be released to you sooner. This is not always guaranteed.
If not then sadly its 21 days.
Advice is voluntary.

Thank you for the reply, now buyer has sent me screenshot saying echeck has been cleared in regards to the payment
