Hi, I am trying to pay my negative balance of $10.14 with my debit card and I am hit with the error message:
"You cannot enter an amount that is greater than your current negative balance. Please edit the amount and try submitting this request again."
The card has enough funds to suffice the charge, and I getting this error. I am also trying with the bank account but I can't enter the amount of $10.14. Can anyone please help me?
