Hey all, I am looking to buy some items from Nairobi, Kenya. And the seller wants to use Xoom by paypal. If I use it, do I still have paypals buyer protection? I cant really find a clear answer on the xoom page unfortunately.
No because xoom is just for sending funds to family/friends worldwide and to is not to be used for paying for goods/services and so no buyer protection is offered.
