Turned off recurring billing made sure my sons account wasn’t able to use his Xbox live as he didn’t have one yet all of a sudden keep getting billed for it as PayPal kept authorising it. How do I get my money back as PayPal say it’s Microsoft’s fault and they keep saying it’s PayPal’s

Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
