Hi , I make a payment through paypal . It was 300 dollars in paypal balance and i try to withdraw in visa card. I transfered my amount in the card i link with paypal Now after 3 days i received a mail from paypal and they told me transection completed. But other side i didn't receive any amount in card . Now i want to cancel this transaction. Can any one guide me please
